Classes are designed to explore what the church believes and why, using the
Bible as well as other resources such as the Heidelberg Catechism and the
Belgic Confession. These classes also discuss how these beliefs apply to the
lives of Christians. They meet from 11:30am to 12:10pm.

"The Kingdom Equation: A Fresh Look at the Parables of Jesus" begins September 7 in Classroom 1
in the lower level of the church from 11:25 – 12:10. This study explores the meaning of Jesus'
parables and the use of everyday situations to teach about God's Kingdom. Joel T. leads the discussion.

The video series, "How Should We Then Live?" by Francis Schaeffer, will be shown in the Fellowship Room
from 11:25 – 12:10 beginning September 7. Wondering what the past teaches us about the present?
Schaeffer's sweeping series on the rise and decline of Western thought and culture surveys history
and offers biblical answers to modern problems.

| Prayer Shawl Group |
|
If you can knit or crochet and would like to do something tangible for those in our church
family with special needs, this group is for you! Join us for a time of prayer and knitting
or crocheting prayer shawls to be given to those with special needs. Held the second and fourth
Wednesdays of every month from 6:45pm - 8:00pm in the Church Library.
Join us for supper at 6:00pm on the fourth Wednesdays.
